The Service

The service is usually two hours long. We gather with a hymn of praise or approach and a time of adoration, a brief period of bible discussion, scripture readings and then the sermon which is followed by our response in many forms including tithes, offerings and thanksgiving.

The Music

With harps and with viols, there stands a great throng in the presence of Jesus, singing a new song: Unto him who hath loved us and washed us from sin, Unto him be the glory forever. Amen. We may not have harps or viols, at least not yet, but we love to stand in the presence of Jesus to declare the praises of Him who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light! We love to make a joyful noise. You will hear the hymns, sung in at least three languages – English and at least two Ghanaian languages. You will hear choruses, canticles and praise music. You will hear drums, strings, African percussion instruments and keyboards; you may even see dance that would pose a serious challenge to David!
